Wednesday Swim Details 6am:If you want to join the swim there is no additional cost, just pay pool entry and join in with the coach on deck.
Wednesday Run Details 6pm: If you want to run, the session is run by Wes Gibson from Run Riot and the fee is $10. Run Riot meets at Berry Park Bathurst and generally does a warm up run to the sports ground/grass track to complete the main set
